Shipping and Returns

At Zia Jewelers, we carefully hand pack every order to ensure every item is shipped and received in its original condition. We ship orders Monday through Friday and they are shipped within two business days of receiving payment.

We ship via the United States Postal Service and UPS. The shipping cost includes shipping, handling and insurance. Please contact us if your purchase is not received within the time periods listed below.

Shipping claims:

If an item is lost by the mail carrier, customers will receive a refund as soon as we receive a refund from the mail carrier.

Zia Jewelers must be notified before any item is returned to obtain the necessary information.
